Remember ” Live Anywhere ” we talked about it a while back. While there were no updates on that for a long time. ( We hope it does not end up like Deepfish or Recite ). Dedicated Windows Mobile users have not given up on the platform yet. Yet once again when Microsoft DOES NOT deliver the community rises to the occasion. This time AMNYA from x360me.com comes to our aid by bringing xbox 360 GamerCard to Windows Mobile.

The App has got a nice finger friendly interface. When you Launch the app, the app remembers the last GamerCard that was opened. The GameCard gives various details of the gamer including their

• GamerScore
• 16 Games Info
• Profile and Avatar Pics
• GamerZones indication
• Location
• Online / Offline Status
• Time since last login
• etc

The GameCard also presents the full Avatar Body along with the Profile Pic. If you click on any individual game icon to launch the Gamers progress in the current game. Check out the video of the App in action :

The App menu consist of 4 buttons

1. Reload / Load GamerCard Data
2. Launch / Hide Keyboard
3. App Info
4. Exit App

I tested this out on a VGA Emulator so couldn’t test the landscape mode , but as you can see from the screenshots below ( taken from the developers site ) it should work just fine. One odd thing I noticed was the fact that the keyboard was not always docked to the bottom of the screen ( not a big issue ). In short if u have an xBox 360 you will like this app. Also note that since I dont have a xBox I could not verify the correctness of the data that was loaded, so if any of you all can verify this and give us a shout in the comments , that would be great.

Pro:

• Nice Interface
• Free
• Dont know of any other app that does this

Cons :

• Only VGA ( did not render well on QVGA )
• Need to hit Reload, If you hit enter after typing in a GamerCard ID it does not work
• Keybord Issue mentioned in the review ( may be an issue with the emulator )

Possible Improvements:

• Support for other Resolutions.
