Space Commander – Flight Control for Space Shuttles ?

Space Commander is a new version of a well known game – Flight Commander. Due to some copyright issue the developer (Color Stone Ltd) changed the graphical interface of the game and renamed the game to “Space Commander”. Space Commander gives you control of the air space where arriving Space-Shuttles and something like Space-Helicopter need your help. Show them the right route to the right landing zones and avoid collisions.

If you have a thing for diamonds, forget rings or necklaces and go & get Resco Diamonds. A sparkling & addictive puzzle game for Windows Mobile. If you search the web for “diamond games” you end up with a whole bunch of games similar to Resco Diamonds, but none come anywhere near to Resco’s contribution in terms of class. This game oozes style, being filled with a nice interface throughout & sparkly animations dotted around. It feels like there really could be little gems tucked away within my screen.

I think most of you already know the first version of the “wobble-application” for windows mobile devices, it is hdwobble. You can add wobbly bits to any images and this application uses the g-sensor of your device to shake those bits. It might sound unnecessary and useless, but it is quite popular. This is not an application for daily use, it is more a “party-fun-app”. HD2Wobble is not an advanced version of hdwobble which can be used at all windows mobile devices, It is made for the HD2 in mind .. it is more like an hdwobble with multitouch-support and some nice extra functions which is made for the HTC HD2 in mind.

I Left My Phone at Home is essentially a data-retrieval and phone-monitoring app, which is useful as a backup in case you find you do not have your phone with you. When you have discovered you are “sans phone”, you can login in online from a computer to see your phone messages, battery life of the unit, and other information. Though I Left My Phone at Home would likely not be something you access often, you never know when you might need it. Perhaps it should be marketed as stress-relieving program, as the app could very well save the day!

Resco Snake 1.11 – play snakes on windows phone with the accelerometer

Resco Snake

is Resco’s interpretation of the classic game “Snake” and they’ve done a good job with it. You control your little snake through 24 levels (in full colour) over 4 ‘seasons’ and you get to battle a boss level enemy at the end of each season. There are also three levels of difficulty to choose from. The menus are friendly enough on your fingers that you never need a stylus but sadly it doesn’t support using D-Pads. The game is controlled using the G-sensor to “steer” your snake which means you can’t re-create the style of the original Snake, but it does make gameplay that much more fun. It also means you’re not just restricted to the four directions; up, down, left or right. You can also go along diagonally or any angle you choose. This is a great remake of a classic. It’s fun with nice graphics & sounds, definitely well worth checking out.
